I grew up in the fields of organization and development, trained in psychosociology and systemic dynamics — a way of seeing strategy through the lens of human dynamics.
My path led me through academic research, journalism, corporate communications, then into founding my own consulting and training firm.
Over time, I chose to focus on what matters most to me: accompanying those who bear the responsibility of leading.
